The Ontario Association of Certified Osteopaths and Acupuncturists is always welcoming new members.

Below you will find the Application form, as well, as the Association’s Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct and Code of Practice. Please familiarize yourself with these documents before completing the Application. All members accepted into the Association must always abide by the OACOA Codes of Ethics, Conduct and Practice.
